We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days from Melbourne, Australia. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once it’s on its way.
Currently we do not. But there are plans to ship to the UK, Europe and North America in the near future.
Please email us immediately at shop@remarque.au if you’ve made an error. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, we may not be able to intercept it.
If no one is home, your parcel will usually be taken to the nearest depot. You’ll receive a card or email with collection details. If it’s returned to us, we’ll contact you to reship.
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you return the main item for a refund, you’ll need to return the free gift as well.
Yes! All pieces are covered by a 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults or defects. This doesn’t cover accidental damage, wear & tear, or third-party alterations.
