Every REMARQUÉ piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and precision. We’re proud of the quality behind each creation, and our 6-month limited warranty offers peace of mind by covering any manufacturing faults or defects in materials or craftsmanship.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that are not caused by normal wear or misuse. This includes items delivered to you that are defective on arrival (DOA). Items are deemed DOA if they are delivered with visible defects and/ or unwearable (e.g. broken, scratched, missing stone, etc).
What’s covered:
- Faulty clasps, broken chains or links due to manufacturing errors
- Stones falling out due to improper setting
- Defects in materials or assembly upon arrival or within the warranty period
What’s not covered:
- Claims outside the 6-month period
- Accidental damage (e.g. drops, knocks, water exposure)
- Tarnishing or fading from improper care, storage or contact with chemicals
- Normal wear and tear
- Third-party repairs or alterations
- Lost items
If you believe your piece qualifies for a warranty claim, we may ask that it be returned for further assessment before approval. Should your item be deemed eligible, we’ll happily arrange a complimentary repair, replacement (subject to availability), or offer a 120% store credit. Return shipping costs are fully reimbursed for all approved warranty claims.
DOA - Defective on arrival (30-Day Window)
In the unlikely event your item has been delivered to you defective, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will happily provide a replacement or store credit if the item is out of stock.
Return shipping is covered for items deemed under warranty. Just be sure to send us the item via Australia Post Tracked Mail as this is required for verification and keep your proof of postage receipt so we can reimburse you.
