All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia and are typically dispatched within 3 business days unless otherwise stated, with exceptions for pre-orders or backordered items.
Key Shipping Notes:
- We offer FREE express shipping on domestic orders over $100.
- All shipping timeframes shown at checkout are provided as our best estimates. Although we strive to ensure your order reaches you on time, some delays may arise due to factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed after it has been dispatched, please be sure to contact Aus Post to receive the most recent updates.
- If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at shop@remarque.au and we will try our best to resolve this. Please note that this process can cause delays, and once your parcel is dispatched, changes may not be possible.
- All deliveries are ‘Signature on Delivery’. If you have missed your delivery, you may need to collect it from a local depot and within their required timeframe.

We want you to love your REMARQUÉ pieces. If something is not quite right, here’s how we can help:
Change-Of-Mind Returns
If you’ve had a change of heart after receiving your order, we completely understand. To ensure your piece can be returned, it must remain in perfect, original condition. Your purchase may be eligible for return if it meets the following criteria:
- Requested within 30-days from your delivery date
- Non-promotional item
- In original condition and packaging
- No signs of wear or damage
Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are final sale and not eligible for return. Likewise, items purchased on promotion or clearance cannot be returned. Returns must be sent using Australia Post Tracked Mail for safe delivery. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer. For orders including a Gift With Purchase, the gift may need to be returned or the gift's value may be adjusted from your refund.
Warranty Returns
Your jewellery is covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty protects against manufacturing faults not caused by wear, damage, or misuse (for example, a clasp that will not close or a stone that has been set incorrectly). This also includes items that are defective on arrival (DOA). If your piece arrives defective or unwearable, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once we’ve received your return, we will provide a like-for-like replacement or, if the item is unavailable, a full store credit.

Incorrectly fulfilled order
If you’ve received an item that differs from what you ordered—for example, an incorrect style or size—please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or, if the item is unavailable, provide store credit.
All incorrectly fulfilled orders must also meet the same eligibility conditions outlined in our change-of-mind returns policy.
Return shipping
We cover return shipping costs for warranty claims and incorrectly sent items. As we work towards introducing return labels, please post your return using Australia Post Tracked Mail and keep your proof of postage. Once your return has been received, we’ll reimburse your shipping costs to your original payment method.
Please note that we’re unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Returns via Afterpay
Refunds for purchases made via Afterpay will be processed through Afterpay. Once we approve your return, Afterpay will adjust your payment plan, and any future payments will be canceled.
Please allow Afterpay a few business days to reflect the refund in your account.

To request a return, please contact us at shop@remarque.au with:
- Your order number
- Your emailed invoice receipt
- 2–3 clear images of the item
- Images are to include any faults for warranty claims
- If faulty, a description of the issue.
Once we have everything we need, we will follow up as soon as possible with the next steps.
