What to Avoid:

• Do not wear your jewelry in pools, spas, or the ocean—chlorine and saltwater can damage metals and stones.

• Remove jewelry before workouts, cleaning, cooking, or sleeping. Sweat and chemicals can accelerate tarnish and wear.

Best Practices:

Gold Vermeil:

• Gently wipe with a soft, dry, lint-free microfibre cloth that is provided with each purchase, after each wear.
• For general cleaning, use lukewarm water. Dry thoroughly—never soak.
• Never use harsh polishing cloths or ultrasonic cleaners.

Gemstones:

• Clean with a soft damp cloth, and dry thoroughly. 
• Avoid ultrasonic or steam cleaning, especially for softer stones like opals or turquoise.
• Inspect settings occasionally to ensure stones are secure.

Pearls:

• Wipe with a soft, damp cloth after each wear to remove body oils or sweat.
• Do not submerge in water or use detergents.
• Pearls benefit from being worn—their luster is maintained by skin oils—but they must be handled delicately.
